THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for cleaning buses to a high standard, working independently in a physical, steady-paced environment that involves routine cleaning tasks and regular bending, kneeling, and reaching to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for service. We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Bus Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning buses to a high standard while working independently and maintaining a steady pace throughout the shift. ADVANTAGES Great starting pay of $21/hr Straight day shifts 7 am to 4 pm and Friday done at 1 pm Opportunity for advancement and career growth Paid weekly Very clean and organized distribution facility Great location in St. George near Brantford ON RESPONSIBILITIES Clean interior and exterior areas of buses, including seating, floors, windows, and high-touch surfaces Ensure buses are clean, sanitary, and ready for service Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and removing waste Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity Report any damage or maintenance issues identified during cleaning Carry out physical tasks, including kneeling, bending, reaching, and extended arm movement above shoulder level REQUIREMENTS 2 years of cleaning epxierence required Experience in automotive cleaning is great, but not a requirement. Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning duties throughout the shift Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and overhead reaching for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Previous experience in automotive or vehicle cleaning is an asset, but not required Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic #INDSTRIVEON
