Responsibilities: Assist the Partner in establishing the objectives and the overall scope of the engagement, Ensure that the work is properly planned and coordinated, delegating aspects of the planning as appropriate, Promote ethical and professional behavior and courtesy within the engagement team and in communications with the client’s staff, Select sufficient suitably experienced staff that are available at the right times to carry out the work, Check that the working papers have been appropriately reviewed, and that the files are complete, Check that the audit procedures have been appropriately carried out, and that the files are complete, Determine that all reports to be issued reflect the work performed and meet the reporting and auditing standards of the Company’s and the profession, Inform the Partner promptly of client developments and problems requiring the engagement partner’s action, Ensure appropriate matters are brought to the Partner’s attention, including actions taken, notable information and matters for the Partner’s decision, Determine that the scope of the work has been carried out cost-effectively to the Company’s and professional standards by the team, Follow that billings are rendered to the client on a timely basis and prompt payments obtained, Fulfill the minimum requirements for CPE, attend external and internal courses and individual study programs, be motivated for professional improvement, Other duties as requested by Partner. Required education: Bachelor's Degree in Auditing, Finance, Accounting or Economics International Recognized Professional Qualification (CPA/ACCA, ACA) or close to obtain KZ Licensed Auditor, or close to obtain Master’s Degree or equivalent in Auditing, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or Economics will be as a plus. Required experience: Minimum of 5 years progressive professional experience with proven excellence in the areas of audit and accounting. Preferably in Big 4 Required skills and abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in this field, Strategic thinking and analytical aptitude, Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills, Ability for delegation and supervision of work, Adequate planning and budgeting skills, Focused and detailed oriented, Professional appearance and behavior, Excellent knowledge of IFRS, ISA, KZ tax legislation Computer skills Language skills: Fluent English, Russian, Kazakh is a plus.
