Main Responsibilities Plan, execute, and review audit engagements, primarily of daycare centers; Plan, execute, and review review engagements; Plan, execute, and review compilation engagements; Prepare and review personal income tax returns; Prepare corporate income tax returns; Constantly collaborate on client retention and, if interested, business development. Mentor and support junior team members in the execution of their engagements. Participate in the development of internal procedures and the continuous improvement of the firm and its management system. Quality Collaborate closely with partners on complex cases or special mandates (restructuring, mergers/acquisitions, estate planning, etc.) Desired Profile Designation: CPA Auditor (required) 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm Excellent command of accounting standards for private companies (ASPE) and accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations Comfortable working with various industries (holding companies; service and retail businesses; non-profit organizations; daycares; manufacturing and processing) In-depth knowledge of personal and corporate taxation Pleasant, frank, and open-minded personality Do Demonstrated excellent judgment, teamwork, and the ability to integrate easily into a group. Excellent proficiency in Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent ability to manage priorities and work independently. Client-focused and committed to quality service.
