Job Description
NBC News is seeking an
Associate Producer
to assist in all aspects of production of long form content.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is a
short term
position with an estimated duration of 24 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to production of original content for air, including story development
Aid in extensive editorial research
Conduct pre-interviews and on-camera interviews
Participate in shooting, factchecking and editing, as directed
Produce short web-extras, as needed, under the direction of the Senior Producer
Coordinate with technical, operations staff and external resources
Significant travel for booking, productions and to attend trials
