Working within a fast-paced office with exceptional communication and organizational skills to handle inbound calls, mail and packages out of our Winnipeg office. Our Office Administrator will work closely with all the team members to support and process administrative tasks to ensure the office is running smoothly through a polished, professional and friendly manner. We want your talent If you are great at: Customer Service & Communication Handling Reception Handling high-volumes of calls Attention to detail If you have: Post-Secondary education (College or University) 2 years of front-line Office Service experience Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Team-first mentality We really mean it when we say we put you first.
