Job Description Role Purpose We’re evolving how our teams use Appian to manage work, remove friction, and respond faster to what matters most. As part of this, you’ll play a key role keeping workflows running smoothly, ensuring cases are accurately routed, and flagging anything that could slow us down. You’ll sit at the centre of daily operations, connecting teams, resolving issues, and helping us continuously improve how we use the platform. If you enjoy solving problems in real time and making systems work better, this role puts you right where the action is. What You'll Own Manage and monitor all Appian queues to ensure work is flowing accurately and efficiently throughout the day Lead email categorisation quality—identify gaps, fix misrouting issues, and improve workflows to reduce friction Run daily and periodic checks to keep cases up to date, properly allocated, and moving within SLA timelines Escalate aged, high-risk, or urgent items quickly, working directly with Nexus and Genesis teams to drive resolution Maintain and update the Appian Admin Portal to ensure clean, reliable system management Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate communication to impacted teams Support the testing and rollout of new features, giving feedback to improve functionality before and after launch Act as a go-to resource for system questions—helping teams resolve errors, unblock cases, and work more effectively #LI-Hybrid
