Job Description The Associate Director, Creative Production leads the delivery of broadcast, video, and integrated content from early creative development through final asset delivery. Working closely with Creative, Client Services, Project Management, internal production teams, and external partners, this role translates creative ideas into well-scoped, executable productions. The role balances creative quality, production feasibility, budgets, timelines, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder needs across Canadian and U.S. client work. Production leadership in this role means owning and guiding the work rather than directly managing a team. What You’ll Do Lead broadcast, video, and integrated content productions from concept, pre-production, and shoot through post-production, trafficking, and final asset delivery. Develop accurate scopes, production approaches, schedules, and budgets, right-sizing resources and recommendations to the creative idea and client requirements. Partner with Creative, Client Services, Project Management, internal video teams, and production operations to scope requests, resolve production challenges, and resource work effectively. Source and manage production companies, directors, studios, talent, and other external partners, including vendor RFPs, casting, contracting, union requirements, and production compliance. Guide production teams and junior colleagues through pre-production meetings, shoots, and delivery while serving as a confident production lead and consultative partner to internal and external stakeholders.
