Documentation + Reporting Maintain organized project documentation including daily site logs, inspection reports, and deficiency lists, and support the preparation of accurate daily progress updates for timely submission to the project team. Participate in site meetings with consultants, clients, and municipal representatives, and assist the Superintendent in tracking RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documents to ensure timely follow-up. Site Safety + Quality Control Promote a safe job site in compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations and Durwest Health & Safety policies, supporting the Site Safety Representative with toolbox meetings, site orientations, and safety inspections. Team Support + Professional Development Work collaboratively with all on-site personnel, trades, and consultants, leading by example in upholding Durwest's values and providing day-to-day direction to site staff and junior team members as assigned. Actively seek opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and develop the skills needed to advance into a Superintendent role.
