Assistant Store Manager Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, help create a customer‑centric atmosphere, and grow the skills of our team members. Job Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to meet sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit, select, and onboard new team members. Ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and operational duties. Job Requirements At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweller or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Total Rewards Base pay, $20.00 – $23.50 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
