Job Description Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will drive daily operations while motivating the team, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a culture rooted in engagement and excellence. The role supports key initiatives that elevate store performance, strengthen the brand, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Team Support & Coaching: Inspire & develop a high‑performing team in a positive environment plus maintain an active presence on the sales floor to guide and motivate. Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service and prioritize customer satisfaction above tasks. Performance Support: Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to support store goals and brand growth. Talent Support & Development: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training; support succession planning and contribute to performance management. Operations: Manage inventory, compliance, and procedures; demonstrate strong organization, time management, prioritization, and multitasking. Visual & Merchandising: Maintain an appealing environment aligned with presentation standards and optimize product displays. Problem‑Solving & Adaptability: Act quickly in a dynamic environment by proposing creative, tailored solutions; turn challenges into opportunities. Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement; lead by example and ensure adherence to the dress code. Scheduling & Floor Support: Assist in planning effective floor coverage, organizing daily tasks, and delegating as needed. Omni‑Channel: Support omnichannel initiatives to maximize sales and deliver a seamless customer experience. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail or customer‑focused environment. Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team in upholding high service standards. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Ability to maintain high performance and quality under pressure. Proven ability to lead a team toward objectives. Solid skills in driving strong sales performance. Excellent multitasking ability in a dynamic environment. Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends. Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder up to 3 m (10 feet). High school diploma required.
