Strong cooking and food preparation skills
A genuine interest in fresh, made-in-house food
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team
Good understanding of food safety and sanitation
An interest in helping develop and improve food quality and kitchen standards
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced cook or junior kitchen leader who wants to take the next step.
