From refined dinners featuring world-famous Digby scallops at Churchill’s, to relaxed cocktails by the fireplace in The Grande Lounge, to starlit patio dining overlooking the Annapolis Basin—our guests come to unwind, connect, and indulge. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager – Evening Operations who thrives in that atmosphere and knows how to bring it to life through leadership, presence, and exceptional service. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will take the lead on evening operations , ensuring every service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will: Lead all front-of-house operations during evening service across key outlets Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor , guiding and supporting your team in real time Create a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service Manage reservations, pacing, and table flow to optimize both guest experience and revenue Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service Where You’ll Make an Impact You’ll play a key role across: Churchill’s Restaurant A refined dining experience showcasing seasonal Nova Scotia ingredients and signature seafood. The Grande Lounge & Bar An upscale yet relaxed space featuring cocktails, conversation, and live music. Patio & Seasonal Dining Outdoor evening experiences with firepits, coastal views, and a unique resort ambiance. Trophy Room Oversee the "social experience" at the Stanley Thompson Golf Course clubhouse, featuring a pub-style menu, sports screens, and local craft beers.
