Job Description Teach assigned laboratory/practical/simulation sessions (including online course delivery) as per Michener course management policy Provide guidance and advisement to students, as required Foster knowledge building and transfer including practical skills, methods and techniques Challenge thought processes, fosters collaboration, and develops the ability of students to engage in critical and rational thinking Supervise, provide guidance and advisement, where required, for student projects Set, mark, and assess work and examinations and provide timely and constructive feedback to students Determine and submit final course grades Maintain identified office hours for student support in the areas of remediation, advisement, and learning plan development and documentation of student progress Participate in scholarship and research activity Willingness to complete courses in curriculum design and development as well as IPC certificate
