We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Security Operations to oversee security programs, manage security technology systems, and lead a team of security supervisors. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and emergency preparedness while maintaining compliance with security policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities As the Assistant Manager, Security Operations , you will: Oversee Security Technology Systems Security Operations & Leadership Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Operation Audits, Investigations & Compliances Incident Management & Emergency Response Administrative & Analytical Support Qualifications ✔ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory or management role , preferably within the security, law enforcement, or risk management industry. ✔ Leadership Skills: Strong ability to supervise, coach, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Security System Expertise: Hands-on experience with Access Control, CCTV Systems, visitor management programs, and security software . ✔ Crisis Management & Decision-Making: Ability to assess situations, remain calm under pressure, and take immediate action when needed. ✔ Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in incident reporting and data analysis . ✔ Administrative & Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience compiling statistical reports. ✔ Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze security concerns, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with policies.
