Key Responsibilities Supervise and support team members during shifts. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees. Prepare staff schedules and manage labour costs. Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer complaints. Monitor food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control. Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling. Help achieve sales targets and restaurant profitability goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Lead by example and maintain a positive team environment. Qualifications 1–5 years of supervisory or management experience in quick-service restaurants, food service, retail, or hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with employee training and performance management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
