Assistant-Interpreter at СП КАТКО — NeverHard

Responsibilities: Provide oral and written interpretation/translation in Kazakh, Russian, and English for the Director, Deputy Director, foreign employees, visitors, and HSERP team members during meetings, training sessions, and daily business activities. Accompany foreign employees and visitors during visits to production sites and business trips, providing interpretation support as required. Organize meetings, business visits, and events, including meeting logistics and minute-taking. Prepare and translate presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents. Manage the Directorate's document flow, including preparation of memos, submission of requests in the 1C system, registration and distribution of incoming/outgoing correspondence, monitoring response deadlines, and tracking action items. Maintain confidentiality of official, commercial, and other protected information. Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Company policies, and HSERP requirements. Requirements: Higher education degree. Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh (both written and spoken). Knowledge of technical terminology and terminology related to Health, Safety, Environment and Radiation Protection (HSERP) . Advanced proficiency in MS Office . Experience in document preparation, business correspondence, and administrative support. Knowledge of business communication practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively with managers, colleagues, and international visitors. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
