Our team is dedicated to providing an exceptional and unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Job Summary As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our front-of-house team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our unique venue. You will be responsible for overseeing the customer-facing aspects of the business, driving sales and revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Manage and lead the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts - Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and improvement - Identify and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue - Provide training and development opportunities for the front-of-house team - Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for our guests Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior-level front-of-house or operations role within the hospitality industry - Proven track record of leading and motivating customer-facing teams - Exceptional customer service and sales skills - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities - Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
