Job DescriptionJob Description Titre du poste: Assembleur Description du poste L'assembleur travaillera dans trois départements : l'assemblage, la ligne de peinture et le sertissage, selon les besoins. Il devra soulever des pièces de métal pouvant peser jusqu'à 50 lbs. Responsabilités Suivre les étapes du processus de travail à l'aide du logiciel VKS. Assembler des produits. Récupérer le matériel prêt à accrocher sur la ligne de peinture et l'accrocher. Décrocher les pièces et les empiler de manière à assurer la qualité. Fixer des pièces à l'aide d'outils électriques et pneumatiques. Procéder à l'emballage des pièces pour l'expédition. Installer des vis, des boulons et goujons dans les pièces de métal. S'occuper de la machine de sertissage. Assurer que la qualité est respectée selon les spécifications du client. Fournir le matériel aux opérateurs à l'aide de transpalettes manuels ou électriques. Transporter le matériel vers les autres départements. Compétences Essentielles Expérience en production. Expérience avec les outils manuels et électriques. Aptitude mécanique. Capacité à soulever des charges lourdes (30-50 lbs). Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications Connaissances mécaniques. Capacité à parler et comprendre le français et l'anglais. Ensure quality is met according to client specifications. Supply material to operators using manual or electric pallet jacks. Transport material to other departments. Essential Skills Production experience. Experience with hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift heavy loads (30-50 lbs). Additional Skills and Qualifications Mechanical knowledge.
