Job Summary:
The Senior IT Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect/Designer is responsible for developing and implementing the AI strategy for the organization. This role involves creating conceptual, logical, and physical architectures for AI solutions, leveraging expertise in machine learning, large language models, and retrieval-augmented generation. The position requires staying current with industry trends to continuously enhance AI technologies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Create enterprise, application, and technology architecture deliverables relevant to AI solutions.
Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to improve organizational solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders through presentations, briefing notes, and meetings to align AI initiatives.
Contribute to project management activities related to AI architecture and solution delivery.
Work effectively within a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills & Certifications:
Hands-on experience developing AI strategies and architectures (conceptual, logical, physical) for organizations.
Proficiency with AI technologies including Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience creating enterprise, application, and technology architecture deliverables.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge and experience in project management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Experience in stakeholder engagement, including conducting and facilitating meetings and preparing briefing notes.
Prior experience in OPS or public sector environments.
Special Considerations:
Must be available for 5 days onsite as required.

Standard work schedule with onsite presence for 5 days as specified.
