Salary:
$60,000 – $80,000+ Depending on Experience
About the Firm
This firm is a respected and established architectural practice based in British Columbia's Okanagan region, known for delivering thoughtful, community focused architecture across commercial, civic, educational, institutional, and mixed use sectors.
Their work reflects a strong commitment to collaboration, technical excellence, and creating environments that support sustainability, accessibility, and long term community value. With a people first philosophy, the studio has built a reputation for quality, professionalism, and lasting client relationships.
The team offers the technical depth and project diversity of a well established practice, while maintaining the close knit culture and work life balance often difficult to find in larger urban centres.
Why Make the Move?
For professionals currently working in larger markets such as Toronto, this opportunity offers more than just a new role, it offers a lifestyle shift.
Located in BC's interior region, this position provides access to the Okanagan lifestyle, including lakes, mountains, wineries, skiing, hiking, and year round outdoor recreation, while still working on meaningful and technically engaging architecture.
The firm offers the opportunity to step away from long commutes and high density city living without sacrificing career growth, project complexity, or professional development.
You will join a collaborative and supportive team where your voice is valued, mentorship is encouraged, and strong technical contribution is genuinely recognized.
