WHAT YOU’LL DO
The
Architectural Technologist
is responsible for translating ambitious design vision into coordinated, buildable, and technically sound solutions across a portfolio of luxury and custom projects.
Working on the owner/developer side, this role sits at the intersection of design and execution—ensuring that projects are delivered with precision, speed, and uncompromising quality. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex builds, often involving
remote or logistically challenging environments, bespoke design elements, and elevated construction standards.
You will work closely with architects, consultants, and construction teams to resolve technical challenges, align design intent with real-world constraints, and maintain momentum across aggressive timelines. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in high-expectation environments where standard approaches are often insufficient.
This is not a passive production role. It is an execution-focused position requiring ownership of drawing quality, coordination, and constructability across projects that demand a higher level of rigor than typical residential development.
WHO YOU ARE
Execution-Focused
– You take ownership of deliverables and ensure things get built correctly.
Technically Strong
– You bring deep experience detailing complex building systems and assemblies.
Luxury-Oriented
– You understand the level of precision and coordination required in custom / high-end residential work.
Driver of Alignment
– You actively force clarity across architects, engineers, and contractors, resolving conflicts quickly and ensuring everyone is moving toward the same outcome.
Detail-Driven
– You care about how things are built, not just how they look.
Calm Under Pressur
e – You perform in fast-moving environments with aggressive timelines.
