As an integral part of the Impact Arbor team you will discover: Growth:Personal and professional growth Engagement:All hands-on attitude Teamwork:Solve problems together Service:To each other and our clients What You Bring to the Table 2+ years of relevant experience ISA Certified Arborist, or a strong willingness to obtain your certification A strong understanding of tree biology, pests, diseases, and proficiency in advanced tree climbing techniques (including ropes and harnesses) Excellent physical condition to lift 60 lbs. consistently, work at heights, and stoop, stand, or bend for up to 12 hours a day outdoors in all weather conditions Driven and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and professional interpersonal skills to interact with clients and contractors with tact and diplomacy About the Opportunity This is a hybrid role responsible for driving the sales and preparation phases ofthe Arbor division while providing field support when necessary. This position focuses onproviding accurate, professional estimates for residential and commercial tree care, includingpruning, removals, and maintenance. Visiting residential and commercial properties to evaluate tree health, determine maintenance or removal needs, and prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Monitoring labor, equipment, and disposal pricing to ensure accurate bids that achieve Gross Profit (GP) targets Utilizing specialized climbing equipment to conduct pruning, trimming, and safe tree removals while operating chainsaws, chippers, and other industry equipment Building long-term cooperative relationships with clients and maintaining daily communication with crew supervisors to ensure safe, efficient workflows Impact Arbor offers: Positive team and safety-conscious atmosphere Special perks and fun company social events Training, growth, and development opportunities Clear communications and expectations Competitive pay & benefits
