Job Description We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Technician to join our BMW Service Team. This entry-level position provides hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BMW technicians while developing the skills necessary to become a certified automotive technician. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair services. Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems under supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete required brand training courses and development programs. Properly use tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems according to dealership and manufacturer standards. Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
