What You'll Do Work alongside experienced roofers on residential roof repairs and replacements. Learn to install and repair shingles, flashing, and structural components. Take direction from crew leads and develop hands-on roofing skills every day. What We're Looking For No prior experience required -- we provide full training. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Physically fit and comfortable with heights. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
