Assignment Type: This position is listed as Onsite; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
MUST HAVES:
Knowledge and experience creating Business, Solution AND Information architecture documentation, as well as creating architecture artefacts such as logical and information data models.
Defines, identifies and describes technical and information architectural requirements with clients, and obtains I&IT management approval.
Researches, develops, implements and maintains technology and information architectural policies and standards, as approved by management.
Ensures integration with related corporate and client cluster policies and standards, and incorporation of best practices in the industry.
Description
NOTE:
Assignment Type: This position is listed as Onsite; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
Extension/Amendment Attestation:
Extensions are permitted only to the extent of unused contract days and/or remaining contract funds. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value, including any extension options set out in the original SOW.
HSC may exercise its option to extend the SOW beyond October 5, 2027, provided that the Master Service Agreement is extended. Any such extension shall be on the same terms, conditions, and covenants as those contained in the SOW.
Responsibilities:
Defines the structure and relationship among solutions, including the identification of re-usable components, quality level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces.
Responsibilities also include developing, implementing and managing solutions in a large and distributed environment, monitor the whole system, understand all interactions between components on a given level of abstraction, as well as to define limitations and requirements for source code.
Defines the interactions between application packages, databases and middleware systems.
Develops enterprise architecture deliverables and documentation.
Supports the procurement of card production and image capturing services.
Guides project through Enterprise Architecture Governance, providing technical oversight and guidance.
Assisting with Discovery Phase work for One-Card and digital credentials. This includes contributing technical expertise to feasibility studies, options analysis, and costing.
General Skills:
Leadership experience in the development and implementation of solution architectures at the specified experience level.
Extensive experience with applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages and communication protocols.
Knowledge of performance considerations in different environments.
Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development and implementation of applications.
Experience with middleware and gateways.

Defines, identifies and describes technical and information architectural requirements with clients, and obtains I&IT management approval.
Develops and obtains approval for detailed plans and resource estimates for large-scale and complex architecture projects and/or components of other projects with architecture elements.
Ability to complete complex technology and information architecture reviews and assessments, to support projects, new and changed enterprise priorities and initiatives, and client clusters' and their clients' information architecture and/or business needs.
Researches, develops, implements and maintains technology and information architectural policies and standards, as approved by management.
