LOCATION:
Moncton, NB or Greater Toronto Area
Work Type:
Hybrid model (1-2 days in office/week)
SALARY RANGE:
$62,000 - $76,000 annual salary

What Will You Do?
Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise applications, including incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Monitor application performance, system health, and availability to ensure reliable business operations
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues while escalating complex problems when appropriate
Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement corrective actions to improve system stability
Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and production releases
Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to improve system functionality and overall user experience
Participate in or lead assigned project work packages related to enterprise applications
Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
Ensure service requests and incidents are managed in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
Participate in an on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support when required
Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and business partners to continuously improve application performance and reliability
Perform other related duties as required
What Do You Bring?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or working in an IT application support environment
Experience troubleshooting business-critical enterprise applications
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows between enterprise applications
Experience working with IT service management and ticketing systems
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities with the confidence to work directly with business users
Ability to prioritize multiple issues and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting application deployments, upgrades, and production releases is considered an asset
Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation and occasional travel for implementation activities
