Application Production Support Analyst at Talan — NeverHard

Job Description Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas. We’re seeking an Application Production Support Analyst to ensure the stability and availability of ION and other internal credit-desk applications. This role supports traders, resolves production issues, proactively monitors systems, and coordinates with technical teams. Role and responsibilities Monitor ION and other internal applications. Investigate and resolve production incidents. Communicate status updates and maintain incident documentation. Support traders through approved communication channels. Analyze logs and escalate complex issues. Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and regional teams. Support releases, changes, and start-of-day checks. Follow all security, compliance, and operational procedures.
