Job Title: Application Analyst — Icertis CLM Job Type: Onsite 2 days/week (Tue/Wed or Wed/Thu) Duration: 3–6 months, contract-to-hire Location : 612 East Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011 Bill Rate: $40/hr, W2 (some flexibility for the right candidate); FTE conversion salary approximately $115K–$125K Engagement Type Contract-to-hire Work Authorization USC, GC NO C2C TOP SKILLS • Icertis CLM administration & configuration — managing contract types, templates, workflows, metadata, and security settings • Business analysis & requirements management — gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, documenting business is seeking a backfill Application Analyst with hands-on experience in Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, and translating needs into scalable solutions • Application support, testing & release management — supporting UAT, regression testing, release deployments, troubleshooting, and coordinating production releases in an Agile environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Configuration management: lead configuration updates, document requirements, support testing, and promote changes to upper environments across 2-week sprints • Release management: coordinate Icertis release updates and their impact on configuration, process, and testing • User management: create, provision, and de-provision user accounts and groups; assign roles/privileges; provide technical support; liaise with Icertis support • Security management: configure security groups and role-based privileges • Organization management: maintain the organizational structure (units, groups) to align with business needs • Data management: manage master data tables, upload legacy documents, and sync/maintain agreement records • Support integrations with platforms such as Docusign, Workday, SAP, and Salesforce while maintaining data integrity • Create documentation and deliver user training to support adoption of CLM enhancements REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES • Hands-on Icertis CLM administration and configuration experience • Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills • UAT, regression testing, and release/deployment experience in an Agile environment • Experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence, SaaS implementations, and enterprise application support preferred INTERVIEW PROCESS • Initial interview with managers, followed by a team meet-and-greet • Process may be condensed to one or two interviews depending on scheduling; the team meet-and-greet is a formality Powered by JazzHR
