Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Maple Park and Maple Second apartments in Council Bluffs, IA. These are HUD/Conventional communities with 131 total units. This position will pay up to $25.00 an hour , determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
