What We Offer AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including: Expected salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. Commissions for new leases and renewals. What You Will Do Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports Provide exemplary service to residents and team members Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
