In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining cash records, monitoring cash movements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient cash management and uphold a high standard of financial control and compliance. Key Responsibilities Process payments based on approved requests and supporting financial documentation. Verify payee information and ensure the accuracy of payment-related documents. Receive and record employee cash repayments. Perform fund transfers, allocations, and other cash management operations within corporate systems. Prepare waybills, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Maintain the cash ledger and perform daily cash reconciliations. Ensure the safekeeping of cash and financial records. Manage access credentials, passwords, safe keys, and related documentation. Requirements Previous experience in cash handling, payment processing, or financial administration. Understanding of cash management principles and cash control procedures. Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility. Experience working with financial systems and electronic document management tools is an advantage. Knowledge of tax invoice processing and related documentation is considered a plus.
