Your Role
We’re looking for a
General Manager
who is passionate about leadership, business growth, and creating an exceptional guest experience. You’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, lead and develop your team, and drive financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. If you’re strategic, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our leadership team!
You will be training out of our Anejo 4th location during the Summer months and transferring to Seton upon open in September

What You’ll Do
Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that both the front and back of the house run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on quality, speed, and consistency.
Build strong relationships with guests, resolving any issues with care and ensuring every visit is memorable and enjoyable.
Manage budgets and keep a close eye on costs, all while finding opportunities to drive sales and grow the business.
Analyze performance metrics and create action plans to improve both team productivity and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with your kitchen and bar teams to ensure that menu offerings and drink specials are executed flawlessly and meet guest expectations.
Continuously coach and mentor your team, helping them grow and develop in their roles, and creating opportunities for future leaders.
What You Bring
2–3+ years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant or bar.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financials, drive sales, and control costs.
A guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering top-tier service.
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and building a positive team culture.
