Job DescriptionJob Description The client is looking for the person who keeps Adobe Experience Platform running, day to day. The title says "analyst", but the content describes a platform administrator: access and permission management, environment upkeep, patching, complex incident resolution. The role also covers the data flows that feed personalization, consent management and integrations with the rest of the ecosystem. Contributing to new capabilities and to the Martech roadmap is part of the role, but it comes on top of operations rather than replacing them. The formal requirements remain generic (enterprise, data or Martech platforms) while the target platform is explicitly named in the mandate definition. Candidate sought: a platform administrator with at least 5 years of experience who has owned the configuration, access governance and operation of an enterprise, data or Martech platform. Direct administration of AEP or another CDP puts a candidate at the top of the pool, and cloud experience is an added asset. Key Requirements: Significant experience administering enterprise, data or Martech platforms Experience solving complex problems Excellent analytical skills Requirements ASSET Experience in a cloud environment and in operating strategic platforms Profiles to Exclude: Profile mentioning AEP, AJO or CJA as a user (building journeys, segments, campaigns or reports) with no demonstrated platform administration responsibility (access, roles, environments, patches). Profile whose administration is limited to user support (account creation, access resets) with no configuration or governance rules on the resume. Martech architect or developer profile with no demonstrated day-to-day operations responsibility (availability, incidents, updates). Digital marketing advisor profile with no technical platform responsibility on the resume.
