Обязанности: Conduct qualification and requalification of prospective and existing TCO counterparties to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Collect, analyze, and systematize information on third parties; conduct screening against sanctions and watchlists; analyze due diligence results; and prepare reports and analytical materials. Liaise with TCO business units and external experts to obtain and assess information required for due diligence reviews. Identify potential legal, sanctions, reputational, and other risks associated with the company's business relationships and operations. Support compliance with regulatory requirements in the areas of compliance and international trade, including trade sanctions, export and import controls, and other legal requirements applicable to the company's activities. Participate in the continuous improvement of due diligence processes and compliance risk management practices. Требования: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or Legal. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in economics, Finance, or Legal. Proficient user of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong skills in researching, analyzing, and systematizing information from public and internal sources, as well as preparing analytical reports and supporting documentation. Ability to conduct due diligence reviews of companies, individuals, and prospective business transactions, and to identify potential risks. Working knowledge of internal control concepts, anti-corruption requirements, and sanctions regulations.
