The Analyst, Construction Financing supports York Realty Inc. (the "Company") in managing the financial mechanics of project funding. This is an intermediate-level role focused on capital deployment. This role works with third party quantity surveyors, validates contractor and vendor invoices against the terms of the Company’s lending agreements, confirms that draw requests align with approved budgets and lender conditions, and helps ensure that funds flow to projects accurately and on schedule.
This role sits within the Capital Solutions department and works closely with Finance, Accounting, and Construction to keep project funding on track.
