Responsibilities for **Business Analyst** include but are not limited to: · Lead provider onboarding and act as the subject matter expert for integration into the organization · Manage onboarding applications and processes for assigned regions/states · Prioritize onboarding activities based on regional needs, licensure timelines, and urgency · Own a "book of business," track KPIs, and mitigate onboarding gaps (start dates, training, capacity) · Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and ensure accountability to deadlines · Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams (HR, IT, credentialing, clinical, recruitment) · Facilitate provider training, create job aids, and identify process improvements · Provide 1:1 onboarding support and maintain ongoing provider communication · Ensure timely submission of credentialing paperwork and follow up with candidates · Coordinate orientation, schedules, system access, supplies, and LMS completion · Lead high-touch stakeholder engagement and provider-facing interactions · Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and onboarding records · Attend meetings and support overall onboarding operations Candidates for **Business Analyst** must meet the following requirements to be considered: · 4+ years of experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment · Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills · Experience managing a book of business and building project timelines · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and providers · Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with strong attention to detail · Experience with reporting, data accuracy, and system updates · Ability to lead training sessions and provide individualized support · Highly disciplined and process-driven approach · Experience in onboarding, virtual environments, or credentialing systems (preferred) · Bachelor's Degree in Business or related experience required What's in this **Business Analyst** position for you? · Pay: $ 25.00/hr. · Shift: Remote Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST · Weekly paycheck · Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.
