Job DescriptionJob Description Aircraft Mechanic M2 Job Description Join our dynamic MRO team as an Aircraft Mechanic, where you will engage in A checks, B checks, inspections, and the assembly and disassembly of various aircraft parts. Utilize your skills in engine removal and reinstallation while learning from experienced team members. Contribute to project teams based on your past experience, ensuring the highest standards of aircraft maintenance. Responsibilities Perform A checks and B checks on aircraft. Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components. Disassemble and reassemble aircraft parts as required. Execute engine removal and reinstallation tasks. Collaborate with experienced mechanics and project teams. Apply expertise in aircraft maintenance to ensure safety and compliance. Essential Skills Valid Aircraft Mechanic License - M2. Experience with Dash 8, Q400, or CL aircraft. Why Work Here? Shifts are flexible, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, and afternoon shifts from Monday to Thursday, 11 AM to 9:30 PM. Overtime is available as needed. The facility houses about 80 people, with project teams ranging from 4-8 members. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
