Aircraft Assembler (Production Associate) at Diamond Aircraft — NeverHard

Job Summary: Responsible for assembling production aircraft according to established standards. Responsibilities: Manufacture aircraft components and complete builds in accordance with technical data (work order, drawing, and process specification) to meet production schedule and quality standards. Assemble and fit prefabricated parts to form subassemblies, working at benches or directly on an aircraft structure. Check aircraft assemblies, using measuring and testing equipment, for adherence to engineering specifications. Install/Modify aircraft flight controls, fuel system, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot production issues found during manufacturing process. Complete detailed inspection documentation Perform all work in accordance with Health and Safety policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a related position Aviation experience considered an asset. Possess basic measuring and calculating skills. Possess excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Attentive to details Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Educational or Academic Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
