AI & Data Analysis Specialist at KT&G Kazakhstan (Кей-Ти-Энд-Джи Казахстан) — NeverHard

We are looking for an AI & Data Analysis Specialist to develop data-driven and AI-powered solutions for our business. You will work with production, financial, logistics, technical, IT, HR data and other, turning information from different sources into actionable insights, automated reports and business recommendations. Key Responsibilities : Collect, combine and analyze data from different sources Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports Analyze production KPIs: OEE, productivity, yield, scrap, downtime, quality and plan vs. actual Analyze financial, logistics, inventory, procurement, energy, equipment and HR data Identify trends, deviations, anomalies and root causes Prepare recommendations for cost reduction, process improvement, inventory optimization and operational efficiency Automate regular reporting and repetitive analytical tasks Apply Generative AI, LLMs and AI tools to data analysis and business processes Develop AI-based workflows and AI agents for data processing and analysis Explore opportunities for predictive analytics and machine learning Present analytical results and recommendations to management and business functions Requirements : Higher education in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related field 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science or a similar role Strong knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel Understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis Understanding of key manufacturing KPIs: OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, productivity and capacity English — Upper-Intermediate or above Would be an advantage: Experience with Power BI Experience in manufacturing or FMCG Experience with ERP, MES, Track & Trace or other corporate manufacturing systems Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation Experience with Generative AI / LLMs for data analysis, automation or business problem-solving Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG or similar AI technologies Experience in developing data pipelines or automated data processing workflows Knowledge of forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive analytics or machine learning What We Offer: Company shuttle transportation Company-provided meals Voluntary Medical Insurance Performance-based bonuses twice a year Opportunity to work with AI, data analytics and digital transformation projects in an international corporate environment Please note that this position is fully on-site.
