AI Creator · Zimran Creative / Performance Marketing Remote · Part-time What you'll do Prompt UGC ad formats — creator-to-camera monologues, dialogues, split-screen, short dramas, hook variants on one script Keep recurring characters consistent — face, wardrobe, voice, delivery — across every block of a film and every language version Adapt scripts for EN, JP, KR, AR, TR, ID, ES/LATAM, ZH-TW — rewriting for what the model can actually say, not translating Diagnose and fix generation defects: swallowed lines, lip-sync loss, voice drift, faces drifting between blocks, visible seams, readable text, moderation rejects Test new models on release day, benchmark them on our own briefs, define which one wins for which format Turn what works into presets, pipelines and LLM agents for the team What we're looking for You don't need every line. Excellent at a few + fast learner is enough. 6–12 months+ hands-on prompt engineering across generative models (t2i, i2v, t2v, r2v, v2v, t2a/v2a) Real hours in current engines — Seedance, FLUX, Wan, Kling, GPT Image, Seedream, ElevenLabs — and a feel for where the landscape is moving Performance-ad instinct: the first 1.5 seconds, pacing, what stops a scroll on Meta / TikTok / Reels / Shorts Filmmaking and editing judgment — shot choice, blocking, getting a performance out of a take, and knowing what the finished ad needs before you hit generate English sufficient to write and read technical prompts Willingness to work fast, in a high-intensity startup environment Nice to have Motion design — AE / Premiere / DaVinci Basic experience building and configuring LLM-based agents — an intuitive "vibe coding" approach is plenty The deal Competitive salary in USD and high growth potential Paid generations on frontier models, day-one access to new releases Your work runs on real ad budgets, measured in money Your findings get built into the pipeline as tools for everyone A path to full-time, on-site in Almaty, with real room to grow
