Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating multi-channel internal campaigns, announcements, leader toolkits, FAQs, and enablement content.
Comfort operating at the executive level-able to synthesize complex inputs into clear, decision-ready updates on impact, risks, and next steps.
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to partner effectively with Product/Engineering, Data/IT, HR/L&D, Communications, Legal, Risk, and business leaders to drive alignment.
Data-informed approach to adoption: experience defining KPIs, running pulse checks, gathering frontline feedback, and iterating enablement and communications based on insights.
AI fluency with the ability to translate capabilities, limitations, and use cases into practical guidance; committed to reinforcing responsible AI and safe-use behaviors (privacy, confidentiality, security, and governance).
Confident facilitator-able to lead workshops across a distributed organization.
