Job DescriptionJob Description JOB DESCRIPTION The Stewiacke Tim Hortons is looking for a reliable and responsible individual looking to join our team in an afternoon role of a Shift Supervisor. A successful candidate will be responsible for holding a set of store keys and being one of the last people out of the store upon closing. The Afternoon shift supervisor is responsible for helping to coordinate the evening shift and to help the team members accomplish our goals. The successful candidate will be a reliable and trustworthy individual who can communicate clearly to their team after hearing direction from the Management team. Duties for this role include but are not limited to: Ensuring closing tasks are completed properly Ensuring stations are stocked and ready for the following morning rush Working all stations in the restaurant and making volume-related decisions Work as a team lead to achieve daypart-specific goals Assist production team communication on what is needed as the day progresses. Assist guests with any issues that might arise including processing refunds or taking information and communicating to proper channels. Previous Tim Hortons experience is an asset, but not required.
