Frontline is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of After Hours Support! Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and emails from drivers and clients regarding logistics, route changes, and operational issues. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cargo, equipment, and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of communications and actions taken to resolve issues. Coordinate with on-call dispatchers and management to facilitate timely solutions. Monitor and update tracking systems to provide real-time information to drivers and customers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during after-hours operations. Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with drivers and clients. Qualifications: Previous experience in a US trucking company. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in both Russian and English. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
