The Opportunity We're looking for an Administrator to lead operations at Maple Towers, a 93-suite seniors' rental community in Maple Ridge. You will oversee operations, resident engagement, facilities, and financial stewardship while fostering a compassionate, value-driven community where seniors can experience life well. What You'll Do Lead community operations including resident engagement and service delivery Oversee building maintenance, inspections, and contractors Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction Manage budgets and financial performance Build strong relationships with residents, families, and partners Foster a positive, high-performing team culture What You Bring Education Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience Experience Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in housing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors Skills & Competencies Operational leadership across resident services and maintenance Resident engagement and occupancy management Facilities and grounds oversight including inspections and contractors Safety and security management Strong, evidence-based decision-making Communication and relationship-building Ability to manage competing priorities Problem-solving and critical thinking Who You Are You are compassionate, service-oriented, and committed to making a difference in seniors' lives.
