Hours:
Flexible – 30 hours per week (including days, evenings, and weekends)
Temporary:
May to September. Possibility of extension.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy individual to support our team with a variety of administrative, customer service, and on-site tasks across our residential communities. This position is ideal for students seeking valuable experience in a professional, fast-paced environment. This position will be reporting to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit sites locations as required
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff
Follow up on work orders to ensure completion and communication
Work in our CRM/resident and prospect portal to respond to and schedule leads across our communities
Manage and respond to Facebook leads for various sites
Support with on-site tours and sales as needed
Assist with planning and executing resident events
General filing and administrative support
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (training provided)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Must be a current student returning to studies in the fall
