We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide remote administrative and operational assistance to our team. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a professional remote environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple responsibilities while supporting daily business operations and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and operational support to departments and leadership teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal communications professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documentation
Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases
Assist with data entry, tracking, and record management
Support project coordination and follow-up tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with process improvements and administrative workflow management
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, or virtual support roles
