This position is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys keeping people, processes, and information organized. You do not need bookkeeping experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to support a busy team.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming emails and administrative requests
Organize and maintain digital files and client records
Coordinate document collection and follow up on outstanding information
Prepare files and supporting documentation for the bookkeeping team
Assist with client communications and scheduling
Support internal projects and process improvements
Data entry and administrative support as required
Provide day-to-day support to the Finance Services team
Requirements
Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience responding to client emails, following up on missing documents, and scheduling with clients
Eligible to work in Canada
Experience supporting an accounting or bookkeeping team, handling client financial documents, or working in an administrative role in a professional services office is a plus.
