As they expand, they are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to support the operations and help drive our continued success.
The Right Fit:
This person will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager and operations team by ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This newly created position requires a highly organized, resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks ranging from administrative duties to tenant communications.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal office needs and tenant inquiries
Support the operations team with scheduling, document management, and project coordination
Maintain accurate records including lease documents, vendor contracts, and compliance files
Coordinate property inspections, maintenance schedules, and service requests
Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing communications
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Help prepare reports, correspondence, and materials for meetings
Manage social media outreach, and company website
Ensure smooth communication between departments and with external stakeholders
Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with various projects as needed
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years of administrative or office management experience (property management or real estate a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Customer-service oriented with a professional, friendly demeanor
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic database systems
Experience working in a small team or startup-style environment is preferred
