Olympic Homes is currently seeking a new member to join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator.
The Position
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is the heart of the organization. From logistics to order processing and data entry with a focus on customer service this position has reach throughout the organization. Responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of spreadsheets.
Duties
Assist the team with quotes, orders, purchase orders and client follow up
Process and receive invoices for payment
Manage a shared Outlook Inbox for internal and external customer communications, adhering to quick turnaround response times.
Assist with the completion of a full sales cycle from receiving to invoicing stages within the BisTrack system.
Electronic scanning of documents.
Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional and effective manner.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Effective time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Detail oriented
Maintain a positive relationship with all staff and sub trades using good communication skills
Qualifications
Computer skills including Microsoft Office, excel, teams etc.
Effective communication and customer service excellence
Able to work alone, as well with others in group settings
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Proactive and self-motivated
1-2 years of general office experience
High School Diploma
Post-secondary is an asset, but not required
Previous experience using project management software an asset
Previous exposure to Bistrack an asset
