HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Langley Christian School is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our High School Campus beginning August 2026.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The High School Campus is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and welcoming Administrative Assistant. This vital role is a blend of precise administrative operations and exceptional customer service, serving as a hospitable and supportive first point of contact for our families, students and staff. The ideal candidate not only thrives on organization and data compliance but also genuinely enjoys cultivating a warm, inclusive, and dynamic educational environment.
KEY REPOSIBILITIES
You are a welcoming and supportive presence who maintains a understands that hospitality is the heart of the front office, and you bring joy and care to your interactions with every family, student, and staff member.
You are the face and heart of the front office, answering inquiries and relaying messages from parents, students, and staff, and the public with outstanding hospitality.
You are a highly organized, tech-savvy professional. You possess sharp organizational abilities, clear communication skills across all channels, and a high level of comfort navigating data, spreadsheets, and information systems.
You are a versatile support to our campus operations, maintaining school accounts and budgets, organizing office inventory, assisting teachers, and comfortably serving as a compassionate first aid attendant for our students.
You maintain the flexibility to learn new skills, and take on evolving responsibilities as department needs change.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in office administration or customer service (experience in an educational setting is an asset).
Exceptional organizational skills, high proficiency in data entry, and comfort with school accounting/budget tracking software.● Current first aid certification (or a willingness to obtain it).
Evidence of a strong sense of purpose and identity built on Biblical principles and participation in a local Christian church community.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Competitive salary: $52,000 - $58,750 per year
Pension plan and extended benefits package.
This role works ten months per year.
